- Allotment of Seats: Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are limited. Availability is subject to capacity.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that Conclave registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Student Registration: The student rate is applicable exclusively to participants who have full-time student status at the time of the conference.
